Shipping policy

Products from 5ummit 5omething ship from our office in Chesterfield, MO.

Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method (see below), as well your local customs processing times for international orders. 

Domestic shipments: You can now select the shipping method that best suits your need and see the exact price. This includes USPS First Class (slowest) up to UPS Next Day Saver (Fastest). There is free domestic shipping for orders over $55 (usually USPS Priority).  For stickers only, there is free domestic shipping for orders over $10 (usually USPS Priority).

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense.

Shipping will be done in a compostable mailer unless unavailable at time of shipment.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. We do our best to fulfill each order by the next day (except for weekends), please realize we are still a small business and growing our capability to ship faster and at a higher volume. In times of high demand or on vacation, these times will be longer. We try to inform of any delays on our site and blog. 

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as 5ummit 5omething is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Though we try to be understanding if USPS loses a package. We are also not responsible for porch theft.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
